I started my real estate journey 5 years ago purchasing my first rental property as a foreclosure for $55,000. When I purchased it was valued at $165,000. I knew my investment was safe and that the value of my initial investment would increase. I wanted to get started, and getting started means taking action. I took action that day. It started a passion in me and from that day forward I never looked back.
